1. Approve Regulations on grants of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan for pupils and students of educational, initial and average professional educational institutions it (is applied).
2. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of August 1, 2005, No. 283 "About Regulations on grants of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan for pupils of comprehensive schools, lyceums, gymnasiums, technical training colleges, schools, technical schools and colleges".
