For the purpose of maintenance of biological diversity, preserving and rational use of objects of fauna, according to the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic "About environmental protection", "About fauna", "About hunting and hunting economy" and "About fishery" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Approve:
- Rates of payment for special use of fauna objects in the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 1;
- Procedure for collection and use of payment for special use of fauna objects in the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 2.
2. This Resolution becomes effective since July 24, 2015.
3. Publish this Resolution in official mass media.
