2. To committee of civil aviation of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Seydakhmetov B. K.) provide:

1) in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan the direction it the copy on official publication in periodic printed publicity materials and in information system of law of Ad_let;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan and on the intranet portal of state bodies;

4) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Legal department of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1), 2) and 3) of Item 2 of this order.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after twenty one calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Standard of the state service "Issue of the Air Operator Certificate"

1. General provisions

1. The state service "Issue of the Air Operator Certificate" (further - the state service).

2. The standard of the state service (further - the standard) is developed by the Ministry of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the Ministry).

3. The state service appears Committee of civil aviation of the Ministry (further - the service provider).

Acceptance of the request and issue of result of rendering the state service are performed through:

1) non-commercial joint-stock company "The Government for Citizens state corporation (further - the State corporation);

2) web portal of "the electronic government": www.egov.kz (further - the portal).

4. Term of rendering the state service:

1) from the moment of application with document package to the service provider, and also in case of the address on the portal:

issue of the duplicate of the air operator certificate (further - the duplicate of the certificate) - 2 (two) working days;

2) the most allowed time of expectation for delivery of document package to the service provider - 20 (twenty) minutes;

3) the most allowed time of servicing of uslugopoluchatel - 30 (thirty) minutes.

The service provider in time of 30 (thirty) working days from the moment of receipt of documents of uslugopoluchatel checks the submitted documents.
