1. Approve:

Regulations on procedure for the organization of activities of the single centers for rendering the state services to subjects of entrepreneurship by the principle "one window" according to appendix No. 1;

Regulations on procedure for rendering the state services through single centers for rendering the state services to subjects of entrepreneurship for the principle "one window" according to appendix No. 2;

standard form of the passport of the state service rendered only through single centers for rendering the state services to subjects of entrepreneurship for the principle "one window" according to appendix No. 3.

2. Determine that single centers for rendering the state services to subjects of entrepreneurship for the principle "one window" (further - centers "one window") have no right to establish payment when rendering the state services to subjects of entrepreneurship, not stipulated by the legislation.

3. To the state bodies and other organizations rendering the state services (further - authorized bodies) included in the List of the state services rendered only through single centers for rendering the state services to subjects of entrepreneurship for the principle "one window", No. PP-2412 approved by the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of September 28, 2015 (further - the List):

provide on system basis training at places of the workers and employees of the centers "one window" in procedures of rendering the state services included in the List;

till December 25, 2015 to develop also in coordination with the Ministry of Justice, by Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Ministry of development of information technologies and communications of the Republic of Uzbekistan to approve standard forms and forms of the documents necessary for receipt of the state service, taking into account all features, stipulated by the legislation;

till December 25, 2015 to develop also in coordination with the Ministry of development of information technologies and communications, by the Ministry of Justice and Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan to approve passports of the state services rendered only through centers "one window", with ensuring permanent maintenance of relevance of the data specified in them;

in two-month time together with Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan to develop and approve within the competence the information help resources containing the consolidated reference books and qualifiers allowing to provide automatic updating of the data specified in standard forms and forms of documents, systematization of the data represented by subjects of entrepreneurship in case of receipt of the state services and also to provide their state registration in bodies of the Uzstandart agency in accordance with the established procedure.

In case of inclusion of additional state services in the List the relevant authorized bodies provide observance of the requirements provided by this Item.

4. To strictly warn heads of the centers "one window" and the authorized bodies rendering the state services:

about their personal responsibility for timely organization of activities of the centers "one window", and also strict observance of procedure for rendering through them the corresponding state services;

about responsibility measures, up to criminal, stipulated by the legislation for violation of established procedure and terms of rendering the state services to subjects of entrepreneurship, and also issue of licenses and other documents of allowing nature.

5. Determine that:

the functional and operational processes of activities of authorized bodies connected with rendering the state services from the date of their inclusion in the List are subject to system reorganization according to the procedure, established by the legislation;
