About approval of the inventory to which import customs duties, the size of rates and term of their action are applied
According to subitem 2-1) of article 7 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 12, 2004 "On regulation of trading activity", the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 21, 2011 "About ratification of the Agreement on functioning of the Customs union within multilateral trade system", the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 12, 2015 "About ratification of the Protocol on accession of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Marrakesh agreement on organization of the World Trade Organization of April 15, 1994", for the purpose of application by the Republic of Kazakhstan of lower rates of the import customs duties accepted as condition of accession of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the World Trade Organization in comparison with rates of duties of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union, I ORDER:
1. Approve the enclosed Inventory to which import customs duties, the size of rates and term of their action are applied.
2. To provide to development department of foreign trade activity of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan the direction it the copy on official publication in periodic printing editions and information system of law of Ad_let;
3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising Vice-Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This order becomes effective since December 15, 2015 and is subject to official publication.
5. This order terminates from coming into force of the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of October 14, 2015 No. 59, but no later than December 1, 2016.
