1. General provisions

1. The award of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan to winners and prize-winners of the international sports competitions (further - the Award) is established for the purpose of encouragement of winners and prize-winners of the international sports competitions, and also Olympic Games, Asian games, World Universiades, World Cups and Championships of Asia.

4. For the purpose of determination of compliance of the provided candidates to requirements of provision, under the leadership of Premyerministr's deputy of the Republic of Tajikistan (the curator of industry) as a part of representatives of Executive office of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, the state authorized body in the field of physical culture and sport, and also the public sports organizations the Commission of the Award of the President of 1 Republic of Tajikistan to winners and prize-winners of the international sports competitions is created (further - the Commission).

5. Financing of the Award is performed for the reserve fund account of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan.

6. The bonus level is determined on one Olympic cycle and can be changed in the following Olympic cycle.

7. 10. For establishment of award the sports organizations, the athlete and (or) the sports trainer submit the following documents to the state authorized body in the field of physical culture and sport:

- passport copy and photo of the athlete (3x 4); - the copy of documents, confirmatory that this competition is official sports competition (the copy of the annual schedule of the international sports federation, the confirmatory reference from the official site of the international sports federation in which this competition is reflected);

- the copy of supporting documents of achievements in the international sports competitions (including the protocol of competition, the confirmatory table on the taken place); - the copy of documents, confirmatory that the trainer (trainers) is the main trainer of the athlete (team), including the contract between the prize-winner and the trainer if the athlete (team) is registered in the list of group of the trainer and other supporting documents; - the copy of consent of the state authorized body in the field of physical culture and sport on participation in the international sports competition;

- the document confirming rank and the sports category of the athlete.
