1. General provisions

1. The state service "Training of Citizens on Military and Technical and Other Military Specialties" (further - the state service).

2. The standard of the state service is developed by the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

8. Working schedule:

1) the service provider - Monday through Friday from 9:00 to 19:00 o'clock, lunch break from 13:00 to 15:00 o'clock, except days off and holidays, according to the labor law of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) MOVA - Monday through Friday from 9:00 to 18:00 o'clock, lunch break from 13:00 to 15:00 o'clock. Reception of applications and issue of results of rendering the state service, Monday through Friday from 9:00 to 17:30 o'clock, with lunch break from 13:00 to 14:30 o'clock, except days off and holidays, according to the labor law of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5) certificate of lack of criminal record;

6) the card of medical examination about validity degree to military service;

7) receipt on payment for training;

in the state corporation:

1) the statement in form according to appendix 1 to this standard of the state service;

2) the identity document of uslugopoluchatel (for identification of the personality);
