3. To provide to the head of department of public service and personnel conducting registration and accounting of the arrived notifications, and also confidentiality of the data which are available in them.

4. To management of public service and personnel to inform employees of the device of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation of this order.

The notification procedure of the representative of the employer about the address facts for the purpose of inducement of federal government civil servants of the device of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation to making of corruption offenses

1. Obligation notify the employer's representative on all cases of the address of any persons for the purpose of inducement to making of corruption offenses it is assigned to federal government civil servants of the device of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation (further - the civil servant).

3. The notification moves addressed to the Chairman of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation in writing in duplicate. In the notification surname, the name, middle name of the civil servant, the replaced position, contact telephone numbers, essence of expected offense, all known information about person declining to corruption offense, inducement method to it, time, date, the place and circumstances of inducement to corruption offense are entered.

4. The first copy of the arrived notification in day of registration is represented the chief Management of public service and personnel to the Chairman of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation for consideration and decision making about the organization of verification of the data containing in it. The second copy of the notification with registration number, date and the signature of the employee who accepted it is issued to the civil servant.

5. The head of department of public service and personnel at the request of the Chairman of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation no later than five working days from registration date of the notification sends its copy with the materials attached to it to the bodies of prosecutor's office of the Russian Federation, law-enforcement bodies of the Russian Federation, other state bodies determined by the legislation. The copy of the notification can be sent as at the same time to all listed state bodies, and to one of them according to its competence.
