1. Approve the enclosed Method of calculation of total amount of industrial production and indexes of industrial production and to enact it since calculation of total amount of industrial production and indexes of industrial production for January, 2016.

2. Declare invalid the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of January 15, 2013 No. 7 "About approval of the Method of calculation of total amount of industrial production and indexes of industrial production" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 06.03. 2013, 7/2307).

3. This resolution becomes effective since February 1, 2016.

Method of calculation of total amount of industrial production and indexes of industrial production

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. This Technique establishes procedure of payments National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of total amount of industrial production and indexes of industrial production.

According to the nation-wide qualifier of the Republic of Belarus OKRB 005-2011 "Types of economic activity" approved by the resolution of the State committee on standardization of the Republic of Belarus of December 5, 2011 No. 85 "About approval, enforcement of the nation-wide qualifier of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2012, No. 43, 8/24941) (further - OKED), industrial production covers the mining industry, processing industry, supply with the electric power, gas, vapor, hot water and the conditioned air; water supply; collection, processing and waste disposal, activities for liquidation of pollution (Sections 05-39 OKED) (further - the types of economic activity relating to the industry).

2. Calculation of total amount of industrial production is perfromed monthly (the first and second estimates - preliminary data) and annually (final data) on the republic, areas and Minsk, the types of economic activity relating to the industry in months, the periods since the beginning of accounting year and in general for accounting year.

index of industrial production - aggregative index of production by the types of economic activity relating to the industry;

price index of producers of industrial output (further - price index of producers) - the relative statistics characterizing the change in price of producers for industrial output (services) in time (dynamics index) or price relation in space (territorial index);

individual index of production - the relative statistics characterizing change of production of one type of product (service) in natural and (or) value term in the compared periods;

large and average industrial bodies - legal entities (except small and the microorganizations), their separate divisions having separate balance with the main type of economic activity relating to the industry;

industrial output - set of the made finished goods and semifinished products, the rendered services (further - products (services)) forces of personnel of the organization intended for realization (custom-made) to other organizations, the population, nonindustrial structural divisions of the organization, for the types of economic activity relating to the industry. Industrial output is given in actually operating selling prices less the taxes and fees estimated from revenue including the cost (unpaid) raw materials to be provided, without the cost of intra factory turnover;

the total amount of industrial production - total industrial output on all producers of industrial output (services);

subsidiary industrial productions - the separate divisions of the nonindustrial organizations (except small and the microorganizations) performing production (services) in the types of economic activity relating to the industry;

intermediate consumption - the cost of goods and services which are consumed in production process in the accounting period;

industrial output in kind - set of types, types, brands of the turned-out industrial output. The production volume of industrial output in kind joins in calculation of indexes of industrial production less products spent for industrial and production needs in the organization;
