5. No. 615 to make the following changes to the Provision of the Agency on standardization, metrology, certification and trade inspection under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of December 28, 2006:

Determine that change in the Provision and Structure of Central office of the Agency on the standardization, metrology, certification and trade inspection under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of December 28, 2006 No. 615 will become effective since January 1, 2017.

To standardization agency, metrology, certification and trade inspection under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan till January 1, 2017 in accordance with the established procedure to perform all adequate organizational measures for completion of transition period and creation of national authority on accreditation as independent structure under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.

Charter of Public institution "National center for accreditation"

1. General provisions

1. Public institution "National center for accreditation" (further - the Center) is national authority on accreditation of the Republic of Tajikistan and realizes state policy in the field of accreditation.
