About approval of the Regulations on Department of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the city of Almaty

1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on Department of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the city of Almaty.

2. To provide to department of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the city of Almaty in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan the direction on official publication in periodic printing editions and information system of law of Ad_let;

3) after state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan state registration of this order in Department of justice on the city of Almaty;

4) within ten working days after state registration of this order in Department of justice on the city of Almaty submission to Legal department of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1), 2) and 3) of this Item.

3. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publishing.
