2. To committee on protection of the rights of children of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Orazaliyeva Z. Zh.) in the procedure established by the legislation to provide:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan, official publication;

3) placement of this order on official Internet resource of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan Imangaliyev E. N.

4. This order becomes effective after day of its first official publication.

Regulations of the state service "Accreditation or Prolongation of Term of Accreditation of the Agency on Adoption"

1. General provisions

1. The state service "Accreditation or Prolongation of Term of Accreditation of the Agency on Adoption" (further - the state service) appears Committee on protection of the rights of children of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the service provider), through the web portal of "the electronic government" www.egov.kz.

2. Form of rendering the state service - electronic and/or paper.

1-2) service providers within 2 (two) calendar days send for review documents to the state bodies providing corresponding the conclusion about possibility of implementation of activities of the agency in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

1-3) service providers check for completeness the submitted documents of uslugopoluchatel on compliance to conditions and requirements of the Rules accreditation of the agency on adoption approved by the order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 9, 2014 No. 513, registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 10372 and on the basis the conclusion about possibility of implementation of activities of the agency in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, issue the decision on accreditation of the agency on adoption or refusal in accreditation on the bases, stipulated in Item 10 Standards within 24 (twenty four) calendar days;

1-4) service providers issue the decision on accreditation of the agency on adoption to uslugopoluchatel or refusal in accreditation on the bases, stipulated in Item 10 Standards within 3 (three) calendar days.

The sequence of actions when rendering the state service through the web portal of "the electronic government" (further - the portal):

1-1) within 1 (one) calendar day the service provider performs check and editing the Arrived and On Execution folders;

1-2) service providers within 2 (two) calendar days send for review documents to the state bodies providing corresponding the conclusion about possibility of implementation of activities of the agency in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

1-3) service providers within 24 (twenty four) calendar days if all fields are filled and appendices are attached truly, considers completeness of the submitted documents of uslugopoluchatel on compliance to conditions and requirements of the Rules accreditation of the agency on adoption approved by the order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 9, 2014 No. 513, registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 10372 and on the basis the conclusion about possibility of implementation of activities of the agency in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, issues the decision on accreditation of the agency on adoption or refusal in accreditation on the bases, stipulated in Item 10 Standards;

1-4) service provider the decision on accreditation to uslugopoluchatel or refusal is created and goes to accreditations on the bases, stipulated in Item 10 Standards within 3 (three) calendar days.

2) for prolongation of term of accreditation of the agency on adoption:

through the service provider:

2-1) employee of office of the service provider carries out document registration of uslugopoluchatel within 1 (one) working day;
