1. Determine local executive bodies of areas, cities of republican value and the capital the licensor by implementation of licensing of activities for rendering services in warehouse activities with release of grain receipts.

2. Recognize invalid:

1) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 20, 2012 No. 1635 "About some questions of licensing of activities for rendering services in warehouse activities with issue of grain receipts" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2013, No. 4, the Art. 78);

2) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 25, 2013 No. 1005 "About modification of the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 20, 2012 No. 1635 "About some questions of licensing of activities for rendering services in warehouse activities with issue of grain receipts" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2013, No. 57, the Art. 783).

3. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
