Declare invalid the order of the Minister of environmental protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 31, 2013 No. 231-O "About approval of Rules of work on stocking of reservoirs, fishery melioration of water objects" (No. registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts 8644, No. 344 published in the Kazakhstanskaya Pravda newspaper of December 26, 2013 (27618)).

3. To provide to committee of forestry and fauna of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan the direction it the copy on official publication in periodic printing editions and in information system of law of Ad_let;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the intranet portal of state bodies.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Rules of work on stocking of reservoirs, fishery melioration of water objects

1. General provisions

1. These rules of work on stocking of reservoirs, fishery melioration of water objects (further - Rules) are developed according to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 9, 2004 "About protection, reproduction and use of fauna" (further - the Law) and determine procedure for work by stocking of reservoirs, fishery melioration of water objects.

2. Procedure for work on stocking of reservoirs

2. Stocking of reservoirs - release of fish stock and fish in reservoirs and (or) sites for the purpose of creation of self-replicating populations, preserving valuable, rare and endangered species of fishes and (or) receipt of products.

3. Works on stocking of reservoirs are carried out:

1) the state companies performing activities for reproduction of fish resources (further - the companies);

2) the physical persons and legal entities executing the state order on reproduction of fish resources on competitive basis (further - physical persons and legal entities);

3) users of fauna;

4) the subjects performing economic and other activity, including with compensation of compensation, the caused, done and inevitable harm to fish resources (further - subjects).

4. Stocking of reservoirs is performed based on the scientific recommendations issued by the scientific organization in the field of protection, reproduction and use of fauna (further - the scientific organization).

12. Following the results of works on stocking of reservoirs, the commission draws up the summary act of stocking of reservoirs in triplicate in form according to appendix 3 to these rules (further - the summary act).
