About classification of aqueous-alcoholic solution of formaldehyde by the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union

According to Item 7 of article 52 of the Customs Code of the Customs Union the Board of the Eurasian economic commission decided:

1. The aqueous-alcoholic solution of formaldehyde consisting of 10 weight parts of solution of formaldehyde (37 - 40%), 39,5 of weight part of ethyl alcohol of 50 weight parts of the water distilled the 0,5 of weight part of cologne having the antiseptic and deodorizing properties, intended for outside application in case of the increased perspiration of skin and which is packed up in bottles according to the Basic rule of interpretation of the Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity 1 is classified in goods item of the 3808th single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union.

2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
