I dispose:
1. Approve Rules of registration of registration of issue of securities and standards of certificates of securities (are applied).
2. To perform registration of issue of securities taking into account requirements of these rules.
3. These Rules to provide to the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tajikistan for state registration.
4. This Order becomes effective after its accounting, state registration and official publication.
5. To consider the order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan No. 62 of 17.07.2009 invalid.
6. Control of execution of this order to assign to the Deputy Minister of Finance - the curator of the Agency on market development of securities and specialized registrar of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan.
