1. Establish since October 1, 2015 to pensioners whose size of pensions was not reviewed since January 1, 2012 when reforming cash allowance of the military personnel and employees of some federal executive bodies, monthly surcharge to the pensions granted according to the Law of the Russian Federation of February 12, 1993 to No. 4468-1 "About provision of pensions of persons passing military service, service in law-enforcement bodies, the Public fire service, drug trafficking monitoring bodies and psychotropic substances, organizations and bodies of criminal executive system, the Federal Service of troops of national guard of the Russian Federation, and their families" in the amount of 2500 rubles since February 1, 2016 - in the amount of 3700 rubles, since February 1, 2017 - in the amount of 4900 rubles.

2. Determine that stipulated in Item 1 this Decree monthly surcharge:

it is made to the pensioners receiving at the same time two pensions in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation only to one pension;

it is made along with pension payment;

it is performed within the budgetary appropriations of the federal budget provided on pension payment.

3. To provide to the government of the Russian Federation financing of the expenses connected with implementation of this Decree.

4. Recognize voided since October 1, 2015:

The presidential decree of the Russian Federation of February 18, 2005 No. 176 "About establishment of monthly surcharge to pensions to separate categories of pensioners" (The Russian Federation Code, 2005, No. 8, the Art. 630);

The presidential decree of the Russian Federation of September 1, 2010 No. 1091 "About modification of the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of February 18, 2005 No. 176 "About establishment of monthly surcharge to pensions to separate categories of pensioners" (The Russian Federation Code, 2010, No. 36, the Art. 4601).
