1. Approve the enclosed Rules of implementation of payment of the monthly monetary compensation established by part 1.1 of article 12 of the Federal law "About Social Guarantees to the Staff of Law-enforcement Bodies of the Russian Federation and Modification of Separate Legal Acts of the Russian Federation".

2. Determine that financial provision of the payment commitments of the Russian Federation connected with payment of the monthly monetary compensation established by part 1.1 of article 12 of the Federal law "About Social Guarantees to the Staff of Law-enforcement Bodies of the Russian Federation and Modification of Separate Legal Acts of the Russian Federation" is performed within the budgetary appropriations of the federal budget provided on the specified purposes in the federal budget for the next financial year and planning period to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, the State Courier Service of the Russian Federation, the Federal Service of troops of national guard of the Russian Federation.

3. This resolution extends to the legal relationship which arose since January 1, 2015.

Rules of implementation of payment of the monthly monetary compensation established by part 1.1 of article 12 of the Federal law "About Social Guarantees to the Staff of Law-enforcement Bodies of the Russian Federation and Modification of Separate Legal Acts of the Russian Federation"

1. These rules determine conditions and payment procedure of the monthly monetary compensation established by part 1.1 of article 12 of the Federal law "About Social Guarantees to the Staff of Law-enforcement Bodies of the Russian Federation and Modification of Separate Legal Acts of the Russian Federation" (further - monthly monetary compensation).

2. The monthly monetary compensation is paid:

a) to the spouse (spouse) consisting (consisting) on the date of death (death) of the employee of law-enforcement bodies of the Russian Federation, the person who was serving in troops of national guard of the Russian Federation and who had special rank of police (further - the employee), or the death of the citizen of the Russian Federation, dismissed from service in law-enforcement bodies, troops of national guard of the Russian Federation, in marriage with he (she) who did not enter (not entered) repeated scrap, reached age of 50 years (reached age of 55 years) or being (being) the disabled person;

3. Purpose of monthly monetary compensation is performed in the last place of service of the employee or citizen of the Russian Federation, dismissed from service in law-enforcement bodies, troops of national guard of the Russian Federation, in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, the State Courier Service of the Russian Federation, the Federal Service of troops of national guard of the Russian Federation respectively (further - authorized bodies).

4. For purpose of monthly monetary compensation the applicant submits to authorized body the application with indication of the residence or account details opened in branch (other separate division) of Sberbank of Russia public joint stock company and the following documents:

a) copy of the identity document;

b) the copy of the document confirming the fact of death (death) of the employee owing to mutilation or other damage of health received in connection with accomplishment of service duties or the death of the citizen of the Russian Federation dismissed from service in law-enforcement bodies, troops of national guard of the Russian Federation which came owing to mutilation or other damage of health received in connection with accomplishment of service duties or the copy of the conclusion of the military-medical commission, confirmatory that the death of the employee or citizen of the Russian Federation, dismissed from service in law-enforcement bodies, troops of national guard of the Russian Federation, came owing to military injury;

c) the documents confirming the right of persons specified in subitems "an" - "in" Item 2 of these rules, on monthly monetary compensation (the copy of the certificate on marriage, the copy of certificates of birth of children, the copy of the document confirming the related relations with the died (died) employee or the died citizen of the Russian Federation, dismissed from service in law-enforcement bodies, troops of national guard of the Russian Federation, - for parents, the reference of the educational organization confirming training of the child in full-time courses (each academic year before achievement of 23 years), - for the child who is studying full-time in the educational organization is represented on reaching it 18-year age);

d) the certificate of the size of the received pension on the occasion of loss of the supporter;

e) the documents confirming the stay fact dependent on the died (died) employee or the died citizen of the Russian Federation, dismissed from service in law-enforcement bodies, troops of national guard of the Russian Federation;

e) the copy of the decision of guardianship and custody body on appointment of a guardian (custodian) - for the guardian (custodian).
