1-1. Determine that:

marking of remaining balance of the goods included in the list approved by this Decision is performed according to the procedure and the terms established by the legislation of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union;

the legal entities and individual entrepreneurs of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union performing retail trade by the goods included in the list approved by this Decision inform in electronic form competent (authorized) body of state member in the territory of which they are registered (are accredited), about the control (identification) signs applied on the goods realized (sold) within such trade if such informing is stipulated by the legislation state member in the territory of which they are registered (are accredited).

2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication, but not earlier than the date of entry into force of the Agreement on realization in 2015 - 2016 of pilot project on introduction of marking of goods control (identification) signs on goods item "Articles of clothing, belongings to clothes and other products, from natural fur" of September 8, 2015, except for the paragraph 2 Items 1 of this Decision.

The paragraph 2 Items 1 of this Decision becomes effective since April 1, 2016, but not earlier than the date of entry into force of the Agreement on realization in 2015 - 2016 of pilot project on introduction of marking of goods control (identification) signs on goods item "Articles of clothing, belongings to clothes and other products, from natural fur" of September 8, 2015.

Characteristics of control (identification) sign, procedure for its drawing and the requirement to structure and structure of information containing on control (identification) signs

I. General provisions

1. This document is developed according to the Agreement on marking of goods means of identification in the Eurasian Economic Union of February 2, 2018 (further – the Agreement).

2. The concepts used hereunder are applied in the values determined by the Agreement and international treaties incoming the right of the Eurasian Economic Union (further - the Union).

2-1. For the purpose of marking of goods of goods item "Articles of clothing, belongings to clothes and other products, from natural fur" are used the following means of identification:

the unique serial number of the chip of RFID tag written by the vendor of the chip of RFID tag;

the identifier of control (identification) sign created according to subsection 3 of the Section VI of this document, written on RFID tag, presented in the form of line bar code in symbolics of Code-128 and which is part of the coded information presented in the form of 2-dimensional bar code (QR code of 20х20 mm in size).

The material carrier of means of identification is the control (identification) sign.
