For the purpose of ensuring implementation of the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of September 28, 2015 with No. PP-2412 "About measures for further enhancement of procedure for rendering the state services to subjects of entrepreneurship for the principle "one window", and also retrofittings of the single centers for rendering the state services to subjects of entrepreneurship by the principle "one window" (further - center "one window") modern office equipment and the computer equipment the Cabinet of Ministers decides:

1. Agree with the offer of the Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Economics, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of development of information technologies and communications and Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan on retrofitting of the centers "one window" by centralized purchase of necessary modern office equipment and the computer equipment.

2. The interdepartmental tender commission on the purchase of goods, works and services within the investment projects realized in the field of development of information technologies and telecommunications formed by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of September 14, 2015 No. 264 "About measures for further enhancement of holding tenders":

to carry out to ten-day time, according to the procedure of exception, selection of the best offers on determination of suppliers of modern office equipment and the computer equipment for retrofitting of the centers "one window";

provide strict control of compliance of the purchased office equipment and computer equipment to the established minimum requirements.

3. To provide to Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas and Tashkent:

by results of the made selection the conclusion with suppliers of agreements on acquisition of modern office equipment and computer equipment for retrofitting of the centers "one window" in structure and quantity according to appendix No. 1;

until the end of 2015 retrofitting of the centers "one window" necessary furniture, stock and other equipment, taking into account the established minimum requirements.

4. Determine financing sources of purchase of modern office equipment and computer equipment for retrofitting of the centers "one window" by regions according to appendix No. 2.

5. Recommend to the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with authorized bank in accordance with the established procedure to provide converting of means for purchase of modern office equipment and the computer equipment for retrofitting of the centers "one window".

6. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan R. S. Azimov.
