About the State program on further enhancement of activities of children's schools of music and art for 2016 - 2020

Note that as a result of implementation of the State program of strengthening of material and technical resources and further improvement of activities of children's schools of music and art for 2009 - 2014 are put into operation in the regions of the republic of 278 children's schools of music and art equipped with the modern educational equipment and musical instruments. As a result capacity of children's schools of music and art in comparison with 2008 increased in time 1,2, teachers - in time 1,3, the number of students - in time 1,5. For this period young talented musicians and contractors of the republic on prestigious international contests of mastery take 441 prizes.

For the purpose of further logical continuation of the begun work on construction and optimum territorial placements of children's schools of music and art, forming of the complete integrated system of general secondary education and comprehensive spiritual and moral education of younger generation, creation of conditions for the most complete disclosure of creative potential of children, deeper understanding and instilling of love to music and other art forms, knowledge of great world heritage by them in the field of the musical and fine arts:

1. Approve the State program on further enhancement of activities of children's schools of music and art for 2016 - 2020 including:

key parameters of new construction, capital reconstruction and equipment of children's schools of music and art in the Republic of Karakalpakstan, areas and Tashkent for 2016 - 2020 according to appendix No. 1;

complex of actions for further enhancement of activities of children's schools of music and art for 2016 - 2020 according to appendix No. 2.

2. Determine the main objectives and the directions of the State program by further enhancement of activities of children's schools of music and art for 2016 - 2020:

further strengthening and increase in efficiency of use of material and technical resources of children's schools of music and art, providing them with the modern educational equipment and stock, educational literature and guidelines manuals of new generation, including in multimedia form, collections of notes and claviers of works of domestic and foreign composers, and also high-quality evident materials;

enhancement of system of preparation and continuous advanced training of teachers, leaders and adjusters of children's schools of music and art with wide use of opportunities of the State conservatory of Uzbekistan, Republican specialized musical academic lyceum of Gliere and professional colleges of music and art in regions.

3. Form the Republican commission on coordination of accomplishment of the State program on further enhancement of activities of children's schools of music and art for 2016 - 2020 in structure according to appendix No. 3.
