1. Approve:

1) the list of documents of accounting, terms of submission of the reporting under questions of observance of requirements imposed to activities for rendering services in warehouse activities with issue of cotton receipts according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) report form about availability of hlopkopriyemny Items of the cotton-processing organization, according to appendix 2 to this order;

3) report form about readiness of buildings, constructions and the equipment of the cotton-processing organization, according to appendix 3 to this order;

4) report form about readiness of production and technological laboratory and the laboratory equipment for determination of quality of cotton, according to appendix 4 to this order;

5) report form about availability of documents of accounting and the reporting of the cotton-processing organization, according to appendix 5 to this order;

6) report form about readiness of buildings, constructions and the equipment on the hlopkopriyemny Item located out of the location of the cotton-processing plant, readiness of laboratory and the laboratory equipment according to appendix 6 to this order;

7) report form about availability of documents of accounting and the reporting of the cotton-processing organization on the hlopkopriyemny Item located out of the location of the cotton-processing plant according to appendix 7 to this order;

8) report form about carrying out complex of actions for disinfecting from quarantine, harmful and especially dangerous harmful organisms at the cotton-processing plant and hlopkopriyemny Item, according to appendix 8 to this order;

9) report form about security with personnel, qualification and experience of employees of the cotton-processing organization, according to appendix 9 to this order;

10) report form about issue of cotton receipts to owners of cotton, according to appendix 10 to this order;

11) the list of documents of accounting, terms of submission of the reporting under questions of conducting monitoring of the cotton market, according to appendix 11 to this order;

12) report form about availability and movement of cotton raw and products of its primary conversion at participants of the cotton market, according to appendix 12 to this order;

13) report form about movement of cotton raw and products of its primary conversion in the cotton-processing organizations, according to appendix 13 to this order;

14) report form about high-quality condition of cotton raw and products of its primary conversion, according to appendix 14 to this order;

15) report form about availability and movement of cotton raw and products of its primary conversion in all categories of farms, according to appendix 15 to this order;

16) report form about availability of participants of the cotton market, according to appendix 16 to this order;

17) report form about the forecast of productivity of cotton, according to appendix 17 to this order;

18) report form about the weight and statistical cost of cotton-fiber which are drawn up in export regime according to appendix 18 to this order.

2. To provide to department of production and conversion of crop products and phytosanitary safety of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan the direction it the copy on official publication in periodic printing editions and in information system of law of Ad_let;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
