Reorganize republican public institution "Republican quarantine laboratory" of Committee of the state inspection in agro-industrial complex of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - organization) by accession to it of republican public institution "Republican introduktsionno-disease garden of fruit cultures" of Committee of the state inspection in agro-industrial complex of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan and republican public institution "Republican introduktsionno-disease garden of grain crops" of Committee of the state inspection in agro-industrial complex of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. Rename organization into public institution "Republican center of plant quarantine" of Committee of the state inspection in agro-industrial complex of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the center).

3. Determine the main object of activity of the center providing plant quarantine.

4. To provide to the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) approval of the charter of the center and its state re-registration in judicial authorities;

2) acceptance of other measures following from this resolution.

5. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

6. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
