1. Approve:

1) regulations of the state service "Issue of the Certificate of Statement on Special Accounting of the Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs Performing Transactions with Precious Metals, Except for Products from Them and the Primary Goods Containing Precious Metals" according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) regulations of the state service "Issue of the Conclusion about Opportunity (Impossibility) and Economic Feasibility (Inexpediency) of Industrial Extraction of Precious Metals from Primary Goods in the Republic of Kazakhstan" according to appendix 2 to this order;

3) regulations of the state service "Issue of the Conclusion about Economic Inexpediency or Impossibility of Conversion of the Primary Goods Containing Precious Metals in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan" according to appendix 3 to this order;

4) regulations of the state service "Issue of the Act of the State Control and Value Assessment when Exporting from the Territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Countries Which Are Not Entering into the Customs Union, Precious Metals (Except for Products from Them), Scrap and Waste of Precious Metals Which Export Is Performed based on the License (without License)" according to appendix 4 to this order;

5) regulations of the state service "Issue of the Act of the State Control when Importing to the Territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan from the Countries Which Are Not Entering into the Customs Union, Precious Metals (Except for Products from Them), Scrap and Waste of Precious Metals Which Export Is Performed based on the License (without License)" according to appendix 5 to this order.

2. Declare invalid the order of the Deputy prime minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan - the Minister of the industry and new technologies of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 18, 2014 No. 229 "About approval of regulations of the state services rendered by the Ministry of the industry and new technologies of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of processing industry" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan for No. 9627, published on September 24, 2014 in information system of law of Ad_let).

3. To committee of industrial development and industrial safety of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Erzhanov A. K.) in the procedure established by the legislation to provide:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan the direction of the copy of the order on official publication in periodic printing editions and information system of law of Ad_let;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan and on the intranet portal of state bodies;

4) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Legal department of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1), 2) and 3) of Item 3 of this order.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. This order becomes effective after twenty one calendar days after day of its first official publication.
