About prevention of influence of corruption offenses on results of official sports competitions
This Law is directed to prevention of impact on results of official sports competitions of the corruption offenses and violations connected with corruption (further - corruption offenses) in the field of sport, determines the principles, features of subjects and measures of the prevention and identification of the specified violations and elimination of their effects, and also responsibility for them.
In this Law the terms below are used in such value:
activities in the field of sport - the activities of the subjects determined by the law connected with training of athletes, the organization, carrying out and providing sporting events, and also with management of development of the sports officially recognized in Ukraine;
support sports personnel - any coach, the mentor, manager, the agent, the worker of team, the official of team, medical and other personnel which services or treats the athletes participating or preparing for competitions;
exclusive sports information - office information on official sports competition and its participants which person has thanks to official position, except information well-known, easily accessible or opened according to the rules regulating the corresponding sports competition;
conflict of interest - provision by person of benefit to its private interest over interest of proper accomplishment of the public debt by it;
persons authorized on holding official sports competition - sports judges of competition, judges, the inspector, the delegate, other accredited persons who have special professional training also are in accordance with the established procedure intended for holding official sports competition;
official sports competition - the sports competition provided by the Single schedule of sports and improving and sporting events of Ukraine, held by the authorized organizer of sports competitions to the purpose of determination of winners according to rules of sports competitions for the corresponding sport recognized in Ukraine and regulations (regulations) on this competition;
the official in the field of sport - the owner, the shareholder, the head or the worker of the legal entity who will organize also promotes sports competition, and also persons authorized on holding official sports competition;
heads and employees of the international sports organization, other competent sports organizations recognizing competitions;
sport - occupation of the physical persons directed to identification and the unified comparison by competitions in statutory rules of their achievements in physical, intellectual and other training acquired during educational and training process;
the sports organization - public association which performs management of sport or one of its types recognized in Ukraine according to the law. The sports organizations are sports federations, sports societies, public associations of sports orientation, National Olympic Committee of Ukraine, Sports committee of Ukraine;
the athlete - physical person which systematically is engaged in the certain type (types) of sport recognized in Ukraine and participates in sporting events;
rates on sport - any bet with attraction of cash rates waiting for prize in terms of money taking into account future and uncertain course of the events connected with official sports competition and its results.
1. The relations on prevention of influence of corruption offenses on results of official sports competitions are governed by this Law, the laws of Ukraine "About prevention of corruption", "About physical culture and sport", other laws, international treaties of Ukraine, other regulatory legal acts.
2. In cases, stipulated by the legislation, subjects prevention of influence of corruption offenses on results of official sports competitions (further - subjects of counteraction to corruption offenses) are guided by acts of the relevant international sports organizations.
1. Activities of subjects of counteraction to the corruption offenses influencing results of official sports competitions are based on the principles:
1) respect for human rights and fundamental freedoms;
2) legality;
3) priority of preventive actions;
4) openness and transparency;
5) participations of the public in prevention of corruption in the field of sport;
6) indemnification, caused by impact of corruption offenses on results of official sports competitions.
1. Subjects of counteraction to corruption offenses shall inform the public according to this Law and the Law of Ukraine "On prevention of corruption" about results of conducting checks and the taken measures upon influence of corruption offenses on results of official sports competitions.
2. Mass media, irrespective of pattern of ownership, have the right to receive in accordance with the established procedure from the subjects specified in part one of this Article, data on their anti-corruption activities in the field of sport and to light them.

Public associations, their authorized representatives, certain citizens for the purpose of anti-corruption in the field of sport exercise public control over fulfillment of requirements on prevention of corruption in this sphere, report about the facts of corruption influence on results of official sports competitions to subjects of counteraction to corruption offenses, and also realize other functions and the rights provided by the Law of Ukraine "About prevention of corruption".
1. Sports competitions shall take place by rules of fair play.

Rules of fair play (Fair Play) are conventional moral and ethical obligations of athletes, faces of support sports personnel in sports society which are directly involved in sports competition, officials in the field of sport strictly to follow rules of competitions, not to allow low blows and methods of fight, roughness, fraud, other illegal acts as means of achievement of sports results.
