2) within ten calendar days after the state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan the direction it the copy on official publication in periodic printing editions and in information system of law of Ad_let;
3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the intranet portal of state bodies.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

1. These veterinary (veterinary and sanitary) requirements to the objects of production performing procurement (slaughter of animals), storage, conversion and sales of products and raw materials of animal origin (further – requirements), are developed according to subitem 46-2) of article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About veterinary science" (further – the Law) and determine veterinary (veterinary and sanitary) requirements to the objects of production performing procurement (slaughter of animals), storage, conversion and sales of products and raw materials of animal origin for safety of products and raw materials of animal origin.
2. The administration of the objects of production performing slaughter of animals (except for lethal platforms (platforms on slaughter of farm animals)), conversion and sales of products and raw materials of animal origin, according to Item 3 of article 23 of the Law creates divisions of production supervision by determination of compliance of animals, products and raw materials of animal origin to veterinary standard rates.
Divisions of production supervision for determination of compliance of animals, products and raw materials of animal origin to veterinary standard rates allow involvement of accredited state laboratories (centers) included in the Unified register of conformity assessment bodies of the Eurasian Economic Union according to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014.
3. To the objects of production performing procurement (slaughter of animals), storage and conversion of products and raw materials of animal origin (further - object of production), accounting numbers according to the order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 23, 2015 are assigned to No. 7-1/37 "About approval of Rules of assignment of accounting numbers to the objects of production performing cultivation of animals, procurement (slaughter), storage, conversion and realization of animals, products and raw materials of animal origin and also the organizations for production, storage and realization of veterinary medicines, forages and feed additives" (it is registered in the Register of the state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 10466) and documents of the state sanitary and epidemiologic regulation.
4. The animals arriving on slaughter and also products and raw materials of animal origin arriving for conversion, storage and realization are followed by the veterinary accompanying documents confirming their safety, origin and quality.
5. When commissioning objects of production, and also installation of processing equipment or lines and/or release of new types meat (milk, fish) products to object need to receive the veterinary and sanitary decision issued according to the order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 21, 2015 to No. 7-1/453 "About approval of Rules of issue of veterinary documents and requirements to their forms" (it is registered in the Register of the state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 11898) (further - Rules of issue of veterinary documents).
6. The territory of objects of production is fenced with solid fence and exclude unauthorized access for strangers and wandering animals.
