2) within ten calendar days after the state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan the direction it the copy on official publication in periodic printing editions and in information system of law of Ad_let;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan and on the intranet portal of state bodies.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Instructions for use fauna on sites of the state forest fund, including for needs of hunting

1. These rules are developed according to Item 5 of Article 100 of the Forest code of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 8, 2003 (further - the Code) and the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 9, 2004 "About protection, reproduction and use of fauna" and determine procedure for use of fauna on sites of the state forest fund, including for needs of hunting.

2. Use of fauna on sites of the state forest fund is performed according to the procedure of general or special environmental management.

3. According to the procedure of general environmental management use of fauna on sites of the state forest fund is performed without withdrawal of objects of fauna from the environment in the scientific, cultural and educational, educational and esthetic purposes.

4. According to the procedure of special environmental management use of fauna on sites of the state forest fund is performed with withdrawal of objects of fauna from the environment in the scientific and cultural and educational purposes, in case of hunting production, and also for use of useful properties and waste products of animals.

5. According to the procedure of special environmental management use of fauna on the sites of the state forest fund assigned to users fauna is performed according to the procedure, approved according to article 35 of the Code, based on the protocol of the tender with the subsequent execution of the contract between the state forest owner and the forest user.

6. For use in the economic purposes sites of the state forest fund are provided by the fauna which is not relating to subjects to hunting and also useful properties and products of their life activity (collection of the dumped horns, mummy, use of wild bees, ants and others) to the forest user in short term for a period of up to 1 year.

7. The basis for implementation of use in the economic purposes fauna objects which is not relating to subjects to hunting on sites of the state forest fund are the forest ticket issued by the state forest owner and permission of authorized body in the field of protection, reproduction and use of fauna.

8. Use of fauna on sites of the state forest fund shall be performed by the methods excluding possibility of causing damage to fauna and forest resources.

9. To users the fauna on sites of the state forest fund imposes the following requirements:

1) to hold anti-fire measures, and in case of wildfire, to provide its suppression to observe on the sites of the state forest fund of the Fire safety regulation allocated to them for forest utilization, approved according to Item 2 of article 63 of the Code;

Not to allow 2) on the sites of the state forest fund of illegal fellings of the wood and other violations of the forest legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan allocated for forest utilization, stipulated in Article 113 Codes;

17) of article 38 of the Code to inform 3) according to the subitem the state forest owners on emergence on the sites of the state forest fund of wreckers and diseases of the wood allocated to them for forest utilization;

4) to satisfy the conditions established:

allowing documents, according to the Rules of accounting, storage, filling and issue of the logging ticket and the forest ticket approved by the order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 26, 2015 No. 18-02/40 (registered in the Register of the state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 10676);

To represent 5) to the state forest owner the project of intraeconomic okhotustroystvo which passed the state environmental assessment in time, not exceeding 2 years after agreement signature between the state forest owner and the forest user about fixing of the site of the state forest fund in long-term use for 10 years and above according to the Rules on intraeconomic okhotoustroystvo in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 16, 2012 No. 17-03/362 (registered in the Register of the state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 7851);
