1. Approve rate for the electrical energy made from renewable energy resources (solar energy) of IP Prenco Grigorii in photovoltaic installation by capacity of 15 kW - in the amount of leu/kWh 1,90 (excluding VAT).
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication.
