About organization of the commemorative medal "25 years of Police of the Republic of Moldova"
Based on provisions of parts (2) and (4) article 6 of the Law No. 86 of July 28, 2011 on public symbols (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2011, Art. No. 164-165, 478), with the subsequent amendments, DECIDES: the Government
1. Found the commemorative medal "25 years of Police of the Republic of Moldova".
2. Approve:
1) the Sketch of the commemorative medal "25 years of Police of the Republic of Moldova" and sample of the certificate according to appendix No. 1;
2) Regulations on the commemorative medal "25 years of Police of the Republic of Moldova" according to appendix No. 2;
3) the Status of the commemorative medal "25 years of Police of the Republic of Moldova" according to appendix No. 3.
3. To make expenses on production of medal for the account and within the budgetary funds approved to the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the corresponding year.
