The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. – In departure from provisions of the Customs code of the Republic of Moldova No. 1149-XIV of July 20, 2000, the Tax code No. 1163-XIII of April 24, 1997 and the Law on customs tariff No. 1380-XIII of November 20, 1997 to resolve according to the procedure of exception to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration import to the country and the room under customs regime of import of 7 vehicles (according to appendix) classified by goods item 8703, with exemption of import payments.
Art. II. – To the government to inform Parliament of the purposes of use of these vehicles.
