About approval of form of the tax declaration on the income tax of the companies

According to Item 46.5 of Article 46 of Chapter 2 of the Section II of the Tax code of Ukraine and the subitem 5 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, I order:

1. Approve form of the tax declaration on the income tax of the companies which is applied.

2. Recognize invalid orders of the Ministry of the income and charges of Ukraine:

of December 16, 2013 No. 810 "About approval of form of the tax declaration of results of joint activities in the territory of Ukraine without creation of the legal entity and the Procedure for accounting of results of joint activities in the territory of Ukraine without creation of the legal entity", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 4, 2014 on No. 212/24989;

of December 30, 2013 No. 872 "About approval of form of the tax declaration on the company income tax", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 20, 2014 for No. 103/24880;

of January 27, 2014 No. 84 "About approval of form of the tax declaration on tax on the income (profit) of the insurer", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 12, 2014 for No. 284/25061;

of February 6, 2014 No. 121 "About approval of form of the tax declaration on the income tax of bank", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 14, 2014 for No. 296/25073.

3. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of January 28, 2013 No. 39 "About approval of form of Calculation of the tax liabilities for payment of the consolidated income tax and form of the Notification of the taxpayer of decision making on payment of the consolidated income tax", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 5, 2013 for No. 215/22747.

4. To department of tax, customs policy and methodology of financial accounting of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine (Chmeruk N. A.) to provide in accordance with the established procedure:

provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this order.

5. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

6. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the Deputy Minister of Finance of Ukraine Makeeva A. L. and Chairman of the Public fiscal service of Ukraine Nasirov R. M.
