Based on subitem 8.10 of Item 8 of the Regulations on National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 26, 2008 No. 445, National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Approve the Method of calculation of coefficients of change in value of types (groups) of fixed assets it (is applied) and to enact it, since calculation of coefficients of change in value of types (groups) of fixed assets as of February 1, 2016.

2. This resolution becomes effective since February 1, 2016.

Method of calculation of coefficients of change in value of types (groups) of fixed assets

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. This Technique establishes procedure of payments of coefficients of change in value of types (groups) of fixed assets on the republic National Statistical Committee.

2. In this Technique the following terms and their determinations are used:

coefficient of change in value of types (groups) of fixed assets (further - coefficient) - the relative statistics characterizing change in value of fixed assets in time;

fixed assets - the made assets having the material and material form used repeatedly or constantly during the long period (at least a year) in production for performance of works and rendering services;
