2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order, its direction on official publication in periodic printing editions and information system of law of Ad_let;

3) placement of this order on the Internet resource of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after twenty one calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. 5. Contents of each procedure (action) which is part of process of rendering the state service, accomplishment duration:

1) the employee of office performs documents acceptance, their registration on the portal, the uslugopoluchatel receives the receipt (notification) on documents acceptance - time of execution of 30 minutes;

2) the head of the service provider determines the contractor of the statement - time of execution of 30 minutes;

3) the ranking officer checks completeness of the submitted documents.

In case of provision by uslugopoluchatel of incomplete document package and (or) documents with the expired effective period, the motivated refusal in further review of the statement - completion date goes two working days;
