1. Approve the enclosed form of the state statistical reporting 4-p (nature) "The report on production of industrial output (rendering services of industrial nature)" of quarter frequency and to enact it starting with the report for the I quarter 2016.
2. Approve the enclosed Instructions on filling of form of the state statistical reporting 4-p (nature) "The report on production of industrial output (rendering services of industrial nature)" and to enact them starting with the report for the I quarter 2016.
3. Extend the form of the state statistical reporting specified in Item 1 of this resolution on the legal entities, the separate divisions of legal entities having separate balance (except the Instructions listed in part three of Item 1 on filling of form of the state statistical reporting 4-p (nature) "The report on production of industrial output (rendering the services of industrial nature)" approved by this resolution) performing production of meat and dairy products, and also performing the following types of economic activity: the mining industry, processing industry (except for performing production of meat and dairy products), supply with the electric power, gas, vapor, hot water and the conditioned air, water supply; collection, processing and waste disposal, activities for liquidation of pollution if the production volume of industrial output (the performed works, services of industrial nature), including the cost of the processed raw materials supplied by the customer, in the actual selling prices by the specified types of economic activity in the year preceding reporting made 4 billion rubles and more.
4. Recognize invalid:
