1. The administrative regulations of Federal Registration Service on execution of the state function by Federal Registration Service on implementation of the state land supervision (further - Administrative regulations) determine terms and the sequence of ministerial procedures (actions) of Federal Registration Service (further - the Federal Registration Service, state supervision body) in case of execution of the state function by implementation of the state land supervision.

Name of the state function

2. The state function on implementation of the state land supervision (further respectively - the state function, the state supervision).

The name of the federal executive body performing the state function

3. Execution of the state function is performed by the Federal Registration Service and territorial authorities of the Federal Registration Service (further - territorial authorities).
