For the purpose of reduction of decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in compliance with the Protocol on introduction of amendments to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 and the separate international agreements entering the right of the Eurasian Economic Union in connection with accession of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014, according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve the Procedure for determination of the country of goods' origin, made in free economic zones of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to appendix.

2. Recognize to invalid:

- the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Procedure for determination of the country of goods' origin, made in free economic zones of the Kyrgyz Republic" of November 3, 1998 No. 715;

- the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About modification and amendments in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of November 3, 1998 No. 715 "About the Procedure for determination of the country of goods' origin, made in free economic zones of the Kyrgyz Republic" of October 6, 1999 No. 547;

- item 4 of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About additional measures for increase in efficiency of functioning of the free economic zone Bishkek of November 16, 2001 No. 711;

- the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About entering of amendments and changes into some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" of July 22, 2003 No. 449.

3. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.

Procedure for determination of the country of goods' origin, made in free economic zones of the Kyrgyz Republic

1. The country of goods' origin, made in free economic zones of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Kyrgyz Republic is considered if they were completely made or subjected to sufficient conversion directly in the territory of free economic zones of the Kyrgyz Republic (further - SEZ).

2. The following goods made only of following products are considered completely made in SEZ:

a) the natural resources (minerals and mineral products, water, land resources, resources of atmospheric air) got from subsoil of the Kyrgyz Republic in its territory or in its territorial reservoir or from its bottom, or from atmospheric air in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic;

b) the products of plant origin which are grown up and/or collected in the Kyrgyz Republic;

c) the live animals who were born and grown up in the Kyrgyz Republic;

d) products received in the Kyrgyz Republic from the animals who are grown up in it;

e) products received as a result of hunting and fishing trade in the Kyrgyz Republic;

e) products of sea fishing trade and other products of sea trade received by the vessel of the Kyrgyz Republic or leased (affreighted) by it;

g) products received onboard the overworking vessel of the Kyrgyz Republic only from products specified in the subitem "e" of this Item;

h) products received from seabed or from sea subsoil outside the Kyrgyz Republic provided that the Kyrgyz Republic has exclusive rights on development of this seabed or this sea subsoil;
