1. Approve:

- Regulations on procedure for transfer of children on adoption (adoption) to citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic and foreign citizens, according to appendix 1;

- The list of diseases in the presence of which person cannot be adoptive father, the guardian (custodian) and the adoptive parent, according to appendix 2.

2. Recognize invalid:

- the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for transfer of children on adoption (adoption) to citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic, and also foreign citizens" of August 27, 2011 No. 521;

- Item 3 of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About modification and amendments in some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" of October 23, 2012 No. 743;

Regulations on procedure for transfer of children on adoption (adoption) to citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic and foreign citizens

1. General provisions

1. This Provision determines procedure:

- transfers of children on adoption (adoption) to the citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic who are constantly living in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic and outside the Kyrgyz Republic;

- transfers of children on adoption (adoption) to foreign citizens;

- control of living conditions and education of children in families of adoptive parents in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic, and also foreign state;

- cancellations of adoption (adoption) of the child.

2. representative office of the accredited foreign organization - officially the representative office of the foreign organization registered according to the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic performing activities for interstate adoption of children in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic and accredited for implementation of similar activities in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic according to the international treaty which became effective in the procedure established by the law which participant is the Kyrgyz Republic;

national bank of data on children without parental support (further - national bank of data on children) - part of the database of the Enterprise information system of the public assistance containing the information about the children without parental support who are subject to the device in families, and also containing the information about candidates for adoptive parents;

the potential adoptive father - the applicant wishing to adopt the child, without parental support;

the conclusion about opportunity to be adoptive parents - the conclusion issued by territorial subdivision, state body of foreign state to potential adoptive parents about opportunity to be adoptive parents;
