Based on the Regulations on National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 26, 2008 No. 445 "About some questions of bodies of the state statistics" the National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Approve the enclosed form of the state statistical reporting 1-p (meat) "Report on conversion of the cattle and bird, production, shipment and inventories of meat products" of annual frequency and to enact it starting with the report for 2015.
2. Approve the enclosed Instructions on filling of form of the state statistical reporting 1-p (meat) "Report on conversion of the cattle and bird, production, shipment and inventories of meat products" and to enact them starting with the report for 2015.
3. Extend the form of the state statistical reporting specified in Item 1 of this resolution on legal entities (except small business entities and peasant farms), the separate divisions of legal entities having separate balance, performing conversion of meat.
4. Declare invalid the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of July 28, 2014 No. 108 "About approval of form of the state statistical reporting 1-p (meat) "Report on conversion of the cattle and bird, production, shipment and inventories of meat products" and instructions for its filling" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 07.08. 2014, 7/2852).
5. This resolution becomes effective in fifteen working days after its signing.
