1. Approve the enclosed list of republican state needs, and also the state customers on deliveries (purchases) of goods for republican state needs for 2016 (further - the list).
2. To provide to the republican state bodies and other state organizations subordinated to the Government of the Republic of Belarus, regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom specified in the list till April 1, 2016 the conclusion of contracts of delivery of goods for republican state needs for delivery of the goods provided in the list.
3. To the Ministry of Agriculture and Food in coordination with the Ministry of Economics to establish purchase prices on the agricultural products made in 2016 and which are purchased for the state needs.
4. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
