About attraction of money in deposits (deposits)

According to part three of article 101 of the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus:

1. Determine that:

1.1. agreements of term and conditional bank deposit (deposit) are subdivided on:

irrevocable - the agreements which are not providing return of contribution (deposit) before the expiration of return of contribution (deposit) (further - term irrevocable bank deposit (deposit) or approaches (not approach) determined in the signed agreement of circumstance (event) (further - conditional irrevocable bank deposit (deposit);

revocable - the agreements providing return of contribution (deposit) before the expiration of return of contribution (deposit) (further - term revocable bank deposit (deposit) or approaches (not approach) determined in the signed agreement of circumstance (event) upon the demand of the investor (further - conditional revocable bank deposit (deposit);

1.2. the investor has no right to require early return of contribution (deposit) under the agreement of term irrevocable or conditional irrevocable bank deposit (deposit). The deposit (deposit) under the specified agreements can be paid back ahead of schedule only with the consent of vkladopoluchatel;

1.3. the investor has the right to demand return of contribution (deposit) under the agreement of term revocable or conditional revocable bank deposit (deposit) before the expiration of return of contribution (deposit) or before (not approach) of the circumstance (event) determined in the agreement. Vkladopoluchatel shall pay back deposit (deposit) during term and according to the procedure, established in the agreement of term revocable or conditional revocable bank deposit (deposit);

1.4. ceased to be valid according to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of 06.04.2017 No. 105.

2. To Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus and National Bank:

explain questions of application of this Decree;

in six-months time to provide reduction of acts of the legislation in compliance with this Decree and to take other measures for its realization.

3. Operation of this Decree does not extend to the contracts signed in accordance with the established procedure to its introduction in force, except as specified their prolongation, the publication of this Decree does not attract need of reduction of the signed contracts in compliance with its regulations.

4. This Decree becomes effective in the following procedure:

subitem 1.4 of Item 1 - since April 1, 2016;

other provisions - from the date of its official publication.
