1. Approve the enclosed form of checking leaf behind compliance with law of the Republic of Kazakhstan about tourist activities.
2. Declare invalid the joint order of the acting minister of tourism and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 13, 2011 No. 02-02-18/181 and the acting minister of economic development and trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan on September 16, 2011 No. 297 "About approval of form of checking leaf in the field of private entrepreneurship behind compliance with law of the Republic of Kazakhstan about tourist activities" (zaregastrirovanny No. in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts 7220, No. 353-354 (26744-26745)) published in the Kazakhstanskaya Pravda newspaper on November 5, 2011.
3. To provide to department of the industry of tourism of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) state registration of this joint order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this joint order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the direction it the copy on official publication in periodic printing editions and information system of law of Ad_let;
3) placement of this joint order on Internet resource of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan and on the intranet portal of state bodies;
4) within ten working days after state registration of this joint order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Legal department of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1), 2) and 3) of Item 3 presents of the joint order.
4. To impose control of execution of this joint order on the supervising vice-minister of investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
5. This joint order becomes effective on the expiration of ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
