For the purpose of the state support of talented youth, development of intellectual potential of the Russian Federation the Government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Found since 2016 grants of the Government of the Russian Federation for students (cadets, listeners) and graduate students (graduateds in a military academy) of the organizations performing educational activities, studying according to educational programs of the higher education for full-time for specialties or the directions of preparation, the corresponding priority directions of upgrade and technology development of the Russian economy according to the list of the specialties and the directions of preparation of the higher education corresponding to the priority directions of upgrade and technology development of the Russian economy approved by the Government of the Russian Federation.

2. Establish 5000 grants of the Government of the Russian Federation specified in Item 1 of this resolution including:

a) 4500 grants - for students (cadets, listeners) in the amount of 5000 rubles monthly;

b) 500 grants - for graduate students (graduateds in a military academy) in the amount of 10000 rubles monthly.

3. Approve the enclosed Regulations on purpose of grants of the Government of the Russian Federation to students (cadets, listeners) and graduate students (graduateds in a military academy) of the organizations performing educational activities, studying according to educational programs of the higher education for full-time for specialties or the directions of preparation, the corresponding priority directions of upgrade and technology development of the Russian economy.

4. To perform financial provision of the actions connected with implementation of this resolution within the budgetary appropriations provided to the Ministry of science and the higher education of the Russian Federation in the federal budget for the corresponding financial year and planning period.

5. To the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation provide till December 1, 2015 to the Government of the Russian Federation the draft of rules of provision from the federal budget of grants in the form of subsidies to the organizations performing educational activities, being under authority of subjects of the Russian Federation and the municipal organizations performing educational activities on payment of grants of the Government of the Russian Federation for students (cadets, listeners) and graduate students (graduateds in a military academy) of the organizations performing educational activities, studying according to educational programs of the higher education for full-time for specialties or the directions of preparation, the corresponding priority directions of upgrade and technology development of the Russian economy.

6. Recognize invalid:

the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 20, 2011 No. 600 "About grants of the Government of the Russian Federation for the students and graduate students studying in the directions of preparation and specialties, the corresponding priority directions of upgrade and technology development of economy of Russia" (The Russian Federation Code, 2011, No. 30, the Art. 4649);

Regulations on purpose of grants of the Government of the Russian Federation to students (cadets, listeners) and graduate students (graduateds in a military academy) of the organizations performing educational activities, studying according to educational programs of the higher education for full-time for specialties or the directions of preparation, the corresponding priority directions of upgrade and technology development of the Russian economy

1. This Provision establishes procedure for purpose of grants of the Government of the Russian Federation to students (to cadets; the listeners studying according to educational programs of the higher education in the educational organizations which are under authority of the federal state bodies performing training for the benefit of defense and safety of the state, law enforcement and law and order) and graduate students (graduateds in a military academy) of the organizations performing educational activities, studying according to educational programs of the higher education for full-time for specialties or the directions of preparation, the corresponding priority directions of upgrade and technology development of the Russian economy (further respectively - students, graduate students, grants).

2. Grants are appointed to the students and graduate students studying on the specialties or the directions of preparation of the higher education included in the list of the specialties and the directions of preparation of the higher education corresponding to the priority directions of upgrade and technology development of the Russian economy, approved by the Government of the Russian Federation.

3. Purpose of grants to students and graduate students is performed by the organizations performing educational activities, at least 2 times a year according to selection criteria stipulated in Item the 5th this provision, and also within the quotas for grants established according to this Provision.

4. Applicants for purpose of grants from among students and graduate students of the second and next years of training shall meet the criterion established by the subitem "an" of Item 5 of this provision and one or several criteria established by the subitem "b" of Item 5 of this provision.
