3. (Sarsenov S. S.) to provide to committee of communication, informatization and information of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan the direction it the copy on official publication in periodic printing editions and information system of law of Ad_let;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan and on the intranet portal of state bodies;

4) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Legal department of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1), 2) and 3) of Item 3 of this order.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. This order becomes effective after twenty one calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Regulations of the state service "Issue of the Permission to Operate of Radio-electronic Means and High-frequency Devices"

1. General provisions

1. The state service "Issue of the Permission to Operate of Radio-electronic Means and High-frequency Devices" (further – the state service) appears territorial subdivisions of Committee of communication, informatization and information of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further – the service provider).

2. Form of rendering the state service: electronic (partially automated) and (or) paper.

3. Result of rendering the state service:

the permission to operate of radio-electronic means and high-frequency devices (further – the permission to operate RES and VChU);

the motivated answer about failure in rendering the state service.

2. The description of operations procedure of structural divisions (workers) of the service provider in the course of rendering the state service

The basis for the procedure (action) for rendering the state service is availability of the documents of uslugopoluchatel (further – the request) provided in Item 9 of the Standard of the state service "Issue of the Permission to Operate of Radio-electronic Means and High-frequency Devices" (further – the Standard of the state service) approved by the order of the Minister of investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 30, 2015 No. 531 "About approval of standards of the state services in the field of communication" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 11380).

5. Contents of each procedure (action) which is part of process of rendering the state service, duration of its accomplishment:

1) acceptance and registration of the request by the employee of office of the service provider with assignment of registration number and date within fifteen minutes (in case of application on paper);

2) processing and departure of the request for the web portal of "the electronic government" of www.egov.kz (further – the portal) the executive in charge of structural division of the service provider within hour (in case of application on paper);

3) determination by management of the service provider of the structural division and the contractor responsible for consideration of the request on the portal within four hours;

4) the executive in charge considers the request for completeness of the submitted documents.

In case of representation by uslugopoluchatel of complete document package provides execution of the permission to operate RES and VChU within five working days from the moment of receipt of the request.

In case of representation by uslugopoluchatel of incomplete document package provides the motivated answer about failure within two working days from the moment of receipt of the request.
