1. Provide in 2015 to open joint stock company "Belarusbank savings bank of guarantee of the Government of the Republic of Belarus in repayment of remaining balance of credit debt, No. 205 issued to them to "Baranovichi Production Cotton Association" open joint stock company according to subitem 4.1 of item 4 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 25, 2012 "About some questions of "Baranovichi Production Cotton Association" open joint stock company (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2012, No. 49, 1/13476), final repayment periods of which are prolonged according to subitem 1.1 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of September 10, 2015 No. 389 "About modification of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 12.09. 2015, 1/16016), in the amounts according to appendix, and also interest for using by them without collection of payment for provision of the specified guarantees.

2. To the Ministry of Finance:

2.1. draw up in accordance with the established procedure the guarantees of the Government of the Republic of Belarus provided according to Item 1 of this resolution in repayment of remaining balance of credit debt according to appendix to this resolution, having withdrawn the guarantees of the Government of the Republic of Belarus provided according to the paragraph to the second Item 1 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 7, 2012 No. 533 "About measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 25, 2012 No. 205" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2012, No. 68, 5/35835);

2.2. when forming drafts of the republican budget for 2016-2020 to provide funds for accomplishment of obligations on the guarantees provided according to Item 1 of this resolution.

3. Subitem 4.3 of item 4 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 7, 2012 No. 533 "About measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 25, 2012 No. 205" (2012, 68, 5/35835) to state the national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus to No. in the following edition:

"4.3. provide when forming drafts of the republican budget of funds for compensation of JSC BPHO of part of interest for using the credits issued to JSC ASB Belarusbank:

according to subitem 4.1 of item 4 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 25, 2012 No. 205 in foreign currency, for 2013-2020 - in the amount of 50 percent of rate on the credit;

according to subitem 4.2 of item 4 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 25, 2012 No. 205 in Belarusian rubles, for 2013-2015 - in the amount of 50 percent of the refunding rate of National Bank established for date of compensation of percent;".

4. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Belarusian state concern on production and sales of goods of light industry.

5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its acceptance.
