The administrative regulations of Federal Agency for Fishery on provision of the state service in the conclusion of contracts for performance of works on artificial reproduction of water biological resources (further - Regulations) determine terms and the sequence of ministerial procedures of Rosrybolovstvo (territorial authorities of Rosrybolovstvo) by preparation and the conclusion of contracts for performance of works on artificial reproduction of water biological resources (further - water bioresources), and also establish order of interaction between structural divisions of Rosrybolovstvo (territorial authorities of Rosrybolovstvo), officials of Rosrybolovstvo (territorial authority of Rosrybolovstvo) with applicants by provision of the state service in the conclusion of contracts for performance of works on artificial reproduction of water bioresources.
