For the purpose of complex social and economic development of the southeast region of the Mogilev region * and creating favorable conditions for accommodation of the population:

* For the purposes of this Decree the southeast region of the Mogilev region is understood as the territory of Krichevsky, Klimovichsky, Krasnopolsky, Kostyukovichsky, Slavgorod, Cherikovsky and Hotimsky districts of the Mogilev region.

1.4. financing of actions of the programs of social and economic development of the southeast region of the Mogilev region for the period till 2030 inclusive approved by decisions of the Mogilev regional council of deputies (further – programs), is performed at the expense of own means of the organizations, budgetary funds, the credits of banks, "Development Bank of the Republic of Belarus" open joint stock company (further – Development bank), credit institutions of foreign states, and also other sources according to the legislation;

1.5. in programs the amounts of financing of their actions with use of the loans of Development bank granted to subjects of managing * on the terms of tender or without carrying out competitive selection are determined.

Actions of programs which financing is planned with use of the loans of Development bank granted:

on the terms of tender, are created taking into account production of homogeneous goods (performance of works, rendering services) ** within implementation of the investment projects providing increase in profitability of the made goods (the performed works, the rendered services) and decrease in their cost;
