1. Establish the budget of subsistence minimum on average per capita and on the main social and demographic national groups in the prices of September, 2015 per month for the period from November 1, 2015 to January 31, 2016 in the following sizes:

on average per capita - 1 567 810 rub;

able-bodied population - 1 725 700 rub;

pensioners - 1 195 080 rub;

students - 1 515 120 rub;

children under three years - 1 007 190 rub;

children aged from three up to six years - 1 405 460 rub;

children aged from six up to eighteen years - 1 720 030 rub.

2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
