Based on the Regulations on National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 26, 2008 No. 445 "About some questions of bodies of the state statistics" the National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Approve on representation of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus enclosed:
1.1. form of the state statistical reporting 1 air (Ministry for Protection of the Environment and Natural Resources) "The report on emissions of pollutants and carbon dioxide in atmospheric air from stationary sources of emissions" of annual frequency and to enact it starting with the report for 2015;
1.2. Instructions for filling of form of the state statistical reporting 1 air (Ministry for Protection of the Environment and Natural Resources) "The report on emissions of pollutants and carbon dioxide in atmospheric air from stationary sources of emissions" and to enact them starting with the report for 2015.
2. Extend the form of the state statistical reporting specified in subitem 1.1 of Item 1 of this resolution on legal entities (except small business entities), their separate divisions having separate balance, operating the objects of impact on atmospheric air having stationary sources of emissions which have amount of the pollutants permitted to emission in atmospheric air, established by territorial authorities of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus in permission to emissions of pollutants in atmospheric air or complex nature protection permission in reporting year (except danger class pollutants I) are made by 25 tons and more in year and (or) pollutants I of class of danger constitutes 1 kg and more in year.
3. This resolution becomes effective in fifteen working days after its signing.
