Based on subitem 1.5 of Item 1 of Article 7, No. 150-Z "About especially protected natural territories" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: parts two of Item 1 of article 22 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of November 15, 2018

1. Announce the republican wetland wildlife area "White Moss" in the Ostrovetsky area of the earth of forest fund of the Grodno region of the public forestry and landscape institution "Ostrovetsky Forestry" (further - GLHU "Ostrovetsky Forestry") (808 hectares) in quarters 2, of 5, 10-12, 106 Kemelishsky forest areas, the earth of agricultural purpose of the district unitary enterprise "Ostrovetsky sovkhoz "Podolsky" (hectare 79,55).

2. Approve enclosed:

borders, area and structure of lands of the republican wetland wildlife area "White Moss";

Regulations on the republican wetland wildlife area "White Moss".

3.  No. 793 is excluded according to the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 30.09.2016

4. Transfer the republican wetland wildlife area "White Moss" to management of Ostrovetsky district executive committee.

5. Financing of functioning and protection of the republican wetland wildlife area "White Moss", and also the actions connected with its announcement to perform from means of the local budgets and other sources which are not prohibited by legal acts.

6. In six-months time to provide to Ostrovetsky district executive committee:

registration in accordance with the established procedure the formed territorial unit of the Republic of Belarus - the republican wetland wildlife area "White Moss";

installation of special information signs on borders of the republican wetland wildlife area "White Moss" and acceptance of other measures for accomplishment of this resolution.

7. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.

1. The republican wetland wildlife area "White Moss" (further - the wildlife area "White Moss") is announced in the Ostrovetsky region of the Grodno region for the purpose of preserving in natural state of the valuable leso-marsh ecological systems, wild-growing plants and wild animals belonging to the types included in the Red List of the Republic of Belarus, and also places of their growth and dwelling.

2. In the territory of the wildlife area "White Moss" are prohibited (except as specified when it is provided by the management plan the wildlife area "White Moss", and also actions for the prevention and liquidation of emergency situations of natural and technogenic nature):

work on hydrotechnical melioration, the works connected with change of the existing hydrological mode except works on its recovery, repair and operational works on ensuring functioning of meliorative systems, and also works on ensuring establishment, content and protection of Frontier of the Republic of Belarus;

investigation and development of mineral deposits;

placement of waste, except for temporary storage of waste in the authorized storage locations of waste before their transportation on subjects to burial, neutralization of waste and (or) on objects for use of waste;

construction of construction objects, except for constructions of engineering and transport communications, parking of motorized vehicles, buildings and constructions for the purposes of forest management, ensuring establishment, content and protection of Frontier of the Republic of Belarus, houses of hunters and (or) fishers, ekologo-information centers, constructions for arrangement and (or) improvement of beaches and places of mass rest at water, other zones and vacation spots, tourist parking, arrangement of ecological tracks;
