I. General provisions

1. This Order of interaction of authorized state bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic at railway check points through customs border of the Eurasian Economic Union (further - the Procedure) determines the sequence of control actions when implementing border, customs and other control (further - the state control) at railway check points through customs border of the Eurasian Economic Union (further - check points).

The state control is exercised at check points by officials of authorized state body on protection of frontier, authorized state body in the field of customs affairs, authorized state body in the field of health care, authorized state body on supervision and control in the field of veterinary and phytosanitary safety (further - the state regulatory authorities) within the powers established by the legislation of the Eurasian Economic Union and the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
